Privacy Notice – Amazon Ads Integration

This Privacy Notice explains how MIROS KAPITALAS UAB (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes information in connection with its internal Amazon Ads integration.

This application is intended primarily for the management, analysis and optimization of Amazon advertising accounts operated by MIROS KAPITALAS UAB.

1. Information We Access

When an authorized Amazon account is connected to our application through Amazon authorization services, we may access information necessary to manage and analyze Amazon advertising activities.

Depending on the permissions granted, this information may include:

Amazon Ads advertising profile and account identifiers;

advertising campaigns;

campaign status and settings;

advertising budgets;

bids;

keywords and targeting information;

advertised products and ASINs;

impressions, clicks and advertising spend;

attributed orders and sales;

advertising performance reports and statistics;

authorization tokens and technical identifiers required to maintain the connection with Amazon.

We do not request, collect or store your Amazon account password.

Authentication and authorization are handled through Amazon's official authorization systems.

2. How We Use Amazon Data

Amazon advertising data is used only for legitimate advertising management purposes, including:

displaying advertising performance information;

analyzing campaign performance;

generating advertising reports;

identifying potential optimization opportunities;

preparing recommendations regarding bids, budgets, targeting and campaign structure;

assisting with the creation, modification, pausing or management of advertising campaigns;

monitoring advertising costs and performance;

automating advertising management where expressly authorized by the account owner.

The application will only perform actions within the permissions granted by the authorized Amazon account.

Where manual approval is configured, proposed advertising changes may be presented to the authorized user for approval before they are submitted to Amazon.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Certain advertising information may be processed using artificial intelligence services in order to analyze advertising performance, identify trends and generate recommendations.

Where AI service providers, including OpenAI, are used, information is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested advertising analysis or management functionality and subject to applicable contractual, privacy and security requirements.

Amazon Data will not be sold, rented or used for unrelated advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.

Use of Amazon Data through artificial intelligence services will only take place where permitted by applicable Amazon policies and agreements.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell Amazon advertising data.

Amazon Data may only be disclosed to service providers where this is necessary to operate the integration, provide hosting, security, data processing or analytical functionality, and where such processing is permitted under applicable Amazon policies and agreements.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the purposes necessary to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, court order or competent government authority.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical security measures designed to protect Amazon Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Access to Amazon Data is limited to persons and systems that require such access for the operation of the Amazon Ads integration.

Authentication credentials, access tokens and other sensitive information are handled using appropriate security controls.

6. Data Retention

Amazon Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Amazon advertising management and analysis functionality or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Amazon Data that is no longer required for these purposes will be deleted or securely anonymized where appropriate.

Authorization tokens may be deleted when an Amazon account is disconnected from the application or when authorization is revoked.

7. Revoking Access

The Amazon account owner may revoke the application's authorization through the relevant Amazon account or advertising account settings.

After authorization is revoked, the application will no longer be able to request new Amazon Ads data using that authorization.

Stored Amazon Data associated with the integration may also be deleted when it is no longer required, subject to applicable legal requirements.

8. Data Ownership and Restrictions

Amazon Data accessed through the Amazon Ads API is used only for the purposes permitted by Amazon.

We do not:

sell Amazon Data;

publicly publish Amazon Data;

use Amazon Data to create unrelated customer profiles;

use Amazon Data for unauthorized behavioral advertising;

attempt to identify individuals from anonymized or aggregated Amazon advertising data;

share Amazon authorization credentials with unauthorized third parties.9. Legal Basis

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies, personal information is processed on the basis of one or more of the following:

performance of a contract;

legitimate interests in operating and managing our advertising activities;

consent where consent is required;

compliance with applicable legal obligations.10. Your Rights

Where applicable under data protection law, individuals may have rights including the right to:

request access to personal information;

request correction of inaccurate information;

request deletion of personal information;

restrict certain processing;

object to certain processing;

withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11. Amazon Services

Amazon services are operated independently by Amazon and are subject to Amazon's own terms, policies and privacy notices.

This Privacy Notice applies only to information processed by MIROS KAPITALAS UAB in connection with this Amazon Ads integration.

We may update this Privacy Notice where necessary to reflect changes to our application, legal requirements, Amazon requirements or data processing practices.
